Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to love Mighty Munch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • It’s in its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at support@mightymunch.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
